Summary:
Install and service wireless/hardwired devices in homes and commercial properties.
Knowlege of CCTV, Fire, Burg and Access Control systems-DMP, Silent Knight, 2Gig, Qolsys to name a few.
Provide security recommendations for customers.
Provide excellent sutomer service.
Troubleshoot and test all components to ensure proper working systems.
Take on-duty calls on a rotation basis.
Work closely with sales team and coordinators.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrate strong customer service communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment with a positive attitude.
Must have a professional appearance, attitude, and ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
Posses a valid driver's license and driving record to meet company requirements.
Ability to follow all safety guidelines and completion of daily task.
Posses verbal and written documentation to create inspection reports.
NICET training a plus Clean drivers license Proof of insurance
